NEDC is excited to reveal the final constructed remodel of the most highly anticipated project that we have worked on this year! I previously covered some of the progress and planning that went in to these projects here and here.
As you can see, the renderings of the space are stunning, but the final result is even more beautiful.
Here is our rendering that we provided to the client before construction:
And here is what it turned out like after we built it for them!:

The project incorporated many interesting elements. LED strip lighting along the line of the ceiling provides non-invasive ambient lighting for the room while programmable radiant heading throughout the flooring provides soft warmth. A heat lamp in the center of the room provides even more warmth on cold winter nights, while an automated shade system will close the window shade for you. A skylight brings in the summer sunlight while you shower. The combination of handheld shower, rainfall shower head, and regular shower head should leave you tingling all over in the shower, while waterfall faucets for the tub and sinks provide luxurious water flow to the other plumbing fixtures.
The toilet features a fully automated and remote control operated toilet/bidet system called the Neorest 550. Among other features, this toilet offers dual flushing, programmable nightlight, automatic open/close function, washlet cleansing with three modes, hands free auto-flush, warm air dryer, built in air-purifier, and cyclone flushing system. I think that the toilet has more features than my brand new car, to be honest with you.

Definitely my favorite project of the year (so far) !

This bathroom is amazing! Awesome work guys
Thanks!
WOW. The bathroom change is night and day! Love the faucets!
Thanks Holly!
Not many faucets have the ability to swivel back and forth; it’s a pretty great design feature. Cheers!
Love the skylight above the teak shower, very nice touch. Whats the device on the wall next to the toilet???
Thanks! That is actually a remote for the toilet! It can be removed from the wall and activated from far away. There are some really interesting features that traditionally, a toilet does not offer.
Check out this video to see it in action!
So gorgeous! It’s impressive how close the 3D renderings are to the final product. I had to revisit the caption just to double check which was real and which wasn’t.
That is certainly one of the things we strive to do! We want the client to be able to envision every single detail in the project before we lift a finger in construction. Thanks for the kudos!
