Lead Designer Brad Cashin has done it again! Check out this beautiful second bathroom from the same home as this bathroom in Chestnut Hill.

This modern bathroom features a separate tub and shower area with shared features and a double vanity that extends in to the shower area. Two double towel bars provide ample towel storage for the four children using the space. Faucets swing from right to left, and an extra large mirror provide flexible preparation areas in the morning. The shower enclosure features only two walls, leaving the third open to the bath area with a knee wall between.

Here are close-ups of my two favorite features:

1 The countertop of the vanity in the bathroom extends through the shower wall in to the shower, providing a ledge for storage within the shower enclosure.

2 The right side of the shower is open to the bath tub area, creating a bench between the tub and the shower. Storage niches can be reached from either side.
