Ryan Hayes is one of NEDC’s Lead Carpenters. The Lead Carpenters are the ones that take all of the great ideas that the design team dreams up, and makes them a reality for our clients. They interact with our clients daily once construction starts, because they are the ones that manage the completion of all of the work on site. These guys are the heart and soul of the company!
Ryan has been with us for a bit longer than a year, and has accomplished a great deal of work for us in that time, with countless happy customers. He is a great asset to the company! He has a wife and two lovely boys that we most recently saw at our 10th Anniversary Party on April 28th- my own two and a half year old was fast friends with both of them, exchanging stickers and running around with trucks.
