NEDC EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS FOR REAL ESTATE ADVISORS IN BOSTON

I’ve been doing complimentary educational seminars for luxury real estate advisors and their teams across Boston for several years now.

They have been extremely successful, helping educate luxury real estate teams on architectural design build and through this helping them educate, service and close their clients.

This is an educational service we offer as there is a natural integration and collaboration between our service of concierge-level architectural design build and the luxury real estate space in Boston. We work closely and naturally with luxury real estate advisors and their teams.

After nearly 20 years in business in Boston most of our business comes from referrals and world of mouth—either from past clients or leading advisors in Boston’s luxury real estate space.

NEDC: Architects who Build.

This is what we do.

As such we are often able to work directly with a real estate consultant in Boston to help educate their clients on potential design options for a home and the realistic costs for each. Perhaps the client has a home they are looking to buy which is close to their dream home…not exactly what they are looking for—but very close.

The natural question is: what are the design and remodeling options? And what will they cost?

We answer these questions creatively, honestly and backed up by 20 years of experience in the Boston market. We are passionate about true costing information—the opposite of smoke and mirrors and vague meandering about potential costs.

We prefer hard data.

Boston’s real estate advisors are our natural partners, and we will often walk the site of a potential client purchase with them in real time—offering design options and attendant cost projections to help the client come to an informed decision on what can be.

With brokerages and teams we work closely with, we try to do two complimentary educational seminars per year. These are about 30 to 40 mins in length and are offered either in person or virtually.

We also offer longer version of approximately two hours that can be used as CEU (continuing educational credits).

NEDC EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR TOPICS:

1. What does remodeling really cost? – We break down the cost of projects we do and remove the mysteries.

2. Zoning and Building Code Basics 101 – Geared towards factors your clients should be aware of when purchasing a home.

3. Historic New England Homes and their Defining Characteristics – Be able to better differentiate and describe your historic listings.

4. The latest Boston Design Trends – Be in the know and how to guide your client’s vision.

5. New Construction or Major Renovation – How to help your clients decide which is best for them.

This is a testimonial from an agent we helped with a property walk through and complimentary NEDC Design Consultation. The client offer was then accepted and was a win for all concerned.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH NEDC AS A LUXURY REAL ESTATE ADVISOR IN BOSTON:

“Our clients were in the process of selling their historic Victorian era residence in Brookline, known for its rich character and intricate details. However, it was evident that substantial planning and remodeling would be necessary to align the property with the expectations, preferences, and needs of potential buyers.

The uncertainties surrounding the design and remodeling aspects, along with associated costs, understandably raised concerns among prospective buyers. Eventually, potential buyers were introduced to New England Design and Construction (NEDC).

NEDC conducted a site visit and devised design solutions to address specific areas where the property fell short of meeting the interested party’s requirements. The design proposals were rooted in realistic cost estimates and project timelines, providing buyers with a comprehensive understanding of the investment needed, instilling the confidence required to submit a compelling offer, which our clients gladly accepted.

This successful outcome exemplifies the type of buyers we seek in today’s market—individuals who base their decisions on accurate information, fostering clarity and confidence. NEDC played a pivotal role in delivering these essential elements.

I found NEDC to be a perfect amalgamation of both a creative architect and a knowledgeable builder—a rare and valuable combination in today’s industry. I highly recommend engaging their services early in the process for anyone seeking such expertise.” – Luxury Real Estate Advisor at the Hammond Residential Real Estate
