This is probably one of the easier recipes to follow about how to bake pumpkin seeds, and a great add on to any pumpkin recipe that doesn’t use the seeds.
How to roast pumpkin seeds:
Step one: remove seeds from pumpkin and clean.
Step two: boil seeds in salty water for about ten minutes
Step three: drain and pat seeds dry with a paper towel
Step four: place seeds on tinfoil and drizzle with some olive oil
Step five: bake seeds at 325f for 10-15 minutes until nicely golden.
(You can cook yours a little less than mine: I like mine a little burnt.)
